Flying to Paris

Mon Nov 17, 2008, 8:46 AM
I'm going to Paris next Monday with ~Ke- November 24th for thanksgiving break . is there any place you guys recommend to visit that are not really considered tourist attractions? I've been wanting to capture those moments that only the French in Paris can deliver. oh and this is an important question...where are the good places to get good food : )

  • Mood: Longing
  • Listening to: 'Snow and Lights'-Explosions in the Sky
  • Reading: Nietzsche's 'die frohliche wissenschaft'
  • Drinking: coffee

Try the "Marais", third arrondissement, there's many art galleries and little shops there I like it . And the Latin Quarter, for the cafés and bookshops =P You should go to the "Rue Mouffetard" too, pretty touristic (and olddd) but there's many restaurants and the market ^___^.

Get food from the boulangeries that are everywhere. Coffee shops are too expensive. You can easily go a day with a bottle of wine and a couple of baquettes :P
